Al-Rahim Textile Industries is well-equipped with the largest air jet terry weaving, yarn dyed and jacquard towels capacity, with a fully compliant vertical production facility with latest equipment capable of producing 40 million lbs of finished towels per annum. Our sewing operations are fully automated, and meticulously performed by cutting & stitching range of ultramodern sewing apparatus made by Schmal Germany. Therefore, we are able to produce consistent quality in an entire range and top-of-the-line terry towels, including rest of the home textile products. Furthermore, Al-Rahim Textile Industries is the only manufacturer and exporter that have its own independent system of power generation so as to ensure uninterrupted production and manufacturing operations.

1. Health, Safety & Environment (H.S.E) - our belief
Al-Rahim Textile Industries gives top priority to Health, Safety & Social compliance- and our beliefs and practices are aligned with the Policies & Regulations of our customers. Our factory buildings are well constructed and secure. We conduct periodic fire drills and the workers' health & safety issues are adequately addressed. We have programs for recycling our wastes (hot water & hot air) and our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is designed to re-cycle more than 80% of waste water from our production.

Al-Rahim Textile Industries has its own independent power generation so as to ensure uninterrupted power supply thereby minimizing loss of production. The unique location of Nooriabad Industrial Area is unaffected by gas shortages which gives us a competitive edge over competition.
Similarly, due to location in the suburbs of Karachi, and having direct access to Karachi sea port, we do not face stoppages due to city unrest. Workers are provided housing facility at the plant or majority of the workers live in the vicinity of the factory and are not affected by strikes and disturbances.

With independent power generation and negligible shortages in gas supply, Al-Rahim enjoys full capacity utilization as it is not affected by City unrest and strikes and disturbances. Due to vertical integration, all processes are under one management.
