ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We AL-RAHIM TEXTILE INDUSTRIES, manufacturer of Terry Products, will strive to create a clean environment in all our activities Products and Services by committing ourselves to:

  • Conserve natural resources through Reuse, Recycle and Reduce.
  • Prevent Pollution through effective control measures.
  • Comply with all applicable and legal requirements.
  • To work towards continual improvements in our environmental performance and periodically review the established system.
  • Communicate the policy to all company staff and other interested parties.
Our Goals are:

Reduce the quantity of polluting substances discharged into the environment

  • Increase the use of environmentally acceptable materials.
  • Use modern equipment and technology in place of those considered harmful.
  • Minimize the impact of all our activities on our surroundings.
  • Recycle and reuse products wherever possible.

We accept the commitment of every member of Al-Rahim Textile Industries along with vendors and suppliers to this policy, in this action and intent.

Social Policy

At Al Rahim Textile Industries (ARTI) we are committed to maintain a Social Management System based on Social, Ethical BSCI, ETI, and different Customer’s Code of Conduct including legal requirements and social obligations towards employees & customers.
We are committed, to pay our employees at par or above legitimate standards with all benefits under legal, social and ethical norms in a conductive and safe working environment.
We encourage freedom of association and employee’s participation at all level and their continual improvement.
We condemn bonded / forced labor, child labor and discrimination on any ground.
We discourage all sort of discrimination in our facility during Employment and do not discourage its employee with respect to color, cast, gender, disability, at the time of appointment, wage, promotion, training and retirement.
We do not support the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse.

ARTI plays a significant role in the development of society, several corporate social responsibilities are in practices by ARTI, further ARTI is committed to developed their supplier’s, service providers to meet legal and ethical social requirements.
